Customer Service – Records Management Department

Seeking candidates for entry level Customer Service position in Records Department for leading Financial Service provider in Midtown Manhattan.

Summary of Duties:

  • Send and receive email to/fr clients and vendors
  • Data Entry of record storage and archive information into various programs
  • Answer telephone, follow up with clients
  • Work with clients and colleagues to help resolve issues
  • Perform quality control to ensure procedures are followed
  • General functions within a Records Management Department

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma – College or previous experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work full time
